OKX guides and referral code (checked November 2026)
OKX sits in an odd spot among the three exchanges on this site. It has no real stocks, only xStocks tokenized stocks and stock perpetuals, and xStocks are open in Southeast Asia, Northeast Asia, the CIS, the Middle East and North Africa, and Turkey. That includes Vietnam but not Nigeria or Pakistan. Where OKX wins is cost: spot maker 0.08% and taker 0.1%, the lowest of the three, and swapping between USDC and USDT is a zero-fee pair. Vietnam, Nigeria and Pakistan are not on its official restricted list, and service in Nigeria came back in July 2026.
